Just had my oil and filter changed at Time-It Lube's shop at 1025 E. Bert Kouns Dr. in Shreveport. Never again.
The car had been detailed and waxed at another shop yesterday and was immaculate.
First, the Time-It attendant tried to sell me an air cleaner to replace one with about 3,000 miles on it, and was still clean and serviceable. This is nothing but low-grade gouging. After I paid and left, I found greasy hand prints all over the front of the hood, the right front fender, around the door handles, and on the upholstery inside. Worst of all, I have a large black footprint of oil on my clean floor mat and carpet/sill on the driver's side.
I realize it's hot and working condiitons are difficult, but this is a really lousy level of ""service"". I can only hope the staff at least got the drain plug back in correctly and the filter on right. I wouldn't bet on it.
Based on the other complaints about this location on the BBB Shreveport website, I would not bother to go back to Time-It for resolution. I would never recommend this company or location to another friend.
