I am appalled with the reviews I have read. They are, in opinion...wrong. I have been a customer for 30+ years. I have never had a problem with them, nor did I ever see dirty cages not even a dead fish in the aquariums. If I ever had a question that I could not answer, they have answered it for me with accuracy. Today I went in there to buy fish and having major problems with the clarity of my water. I went home and did what Mike told me to do and volia! two hours later the water was crystal clear...thanks Mike! I have come to the conclusion that not all reviews are truthful and I will question every review (for other sites) and go to that place and make my own review before believing what I read.
