I was not a fan of Tracy or the salon. When scheduling they only gave me a half hour for a haircut and I was a new client. Another client was after me and had to wait a half hour because I took an hour. Upon arriving, I sat down to wait for her only for a few seconds which was good, but as she greets me it's a lame hello. The consultation was ok, shampoo was ok, cut seemed to be doing ok. The blowdry was atrocious....my hair was flying all over the place getting frizzy and was the most awful blowdry ever. THEN I see the cut. I have thick hair, but I had huge hunks on each side of my head that I told her had to be thinned out and I got major attitude. She then cut her other client and then fixed mine, only for me to leave unhappy (it was ugly and boring) with an awful blowdry. I was going to have her color my hair but glad I didn't. I won't be back. By the way, the reason I put negative for her was because she was talking crap with her other client.....just a negative manner. I wanted the guy stylist across the room to save me...I kept glancing at him hoping he would help my awful dew.
