I purchased a hand gun from Caswells for Practical Pistol Shooting. I wanted to up grade the hand gun I purchased to the new Springfield target pistol [5.25 barrel ] the hand gun I had purched at Caswells was a a used Springfield .40 cal [3.8 barrel ] in very good condition. I went back to Caswells thinking that since I was going to purchase a more expensive hand gun & only having it for ---25 days---that they would treat me fairly. Boy was I wrong! They de-valued the hand gun I puchased ---25 days ago---- by 50%. I could not believe what I was hearing ! After a short discusion I left very disappointed . I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesmen . I plan to purchase a carry hand gun in the future , but it is not coming from Caswells.I went to another gun shop and was very pleased with the way they treated me ,Plus I saved a lot of dollars.Not only did Caswells loose future sales but a customer for life.ADIOS CASWELLS......BEAR
