My stay for the last year at DSMHP was mixed. Park extremely quiet, clean and neighbors awesome but the office staff was not good - lack of returning calls, assistance with other rentals, no washer/dryer for two months, no handyman for quite some time. Now two weeks since I have moved out and no communication on my deposit. I will miss my neighbors and the quiet but will not miss the unorganization of the office staff. Also rent too high for my shoebox unit.
