My fiance takes me out to dinner at the Melting Pot every year for my birthday. We'd go once a month if we could. They have the most romatic atmosphere. It is impossible not feel giddy when there (and I am not the giddy type). The service is excellent. The people are just so friendly. The wine is excellent as well. The bartender picks out a special wine to feature each month, and he has impeccable taste. Hint to the gentleman: You can request roses to be placed on the table ahead of time. The will be the longest lasting roses your date has ever received, and the price isn't as much as you'd expect. Make sure to reserve well ahead of time, as their repuation preceds them. It's complete worth every dime that you will spend. The service, the ambience, the experience, the fun, the romance...there is no better.
