we moved here from another state, was told he was honest and one of the best.... not so... so many problems to list...home built on a pond...had to hire my own ac man to fix the ac .... never came to see or talk about the problems..had to hire lawyer and he never responded to the suit...many people in this subdivision had problems with homes he built same result .... NOTHING so think & look real hard before buying anything from cody ward construction
