I have used Central Arkansas Pediatric Clinic for five years and liked them until recently. The front office staff acts like it is a bother to help you. They do not treat you friendly at all. The girl at the check in that sits to the left when you walk in is the worst. She always ignores me when I walk up to sign in. At the off chance that she actually helps me(which is rare) she doesn't make eye contact or smile at all. I have recently switched to Little rock childrens clinc and have been treated nicely since then. It's really a bother to drive to Little Rock when there are pediatricians in Bryant but I am not willing to put up with bad attitudes. The doctors at CAPC are all great if you dont mind the office snobs
Pros: Easy parking, nice doctors
Cons: Unfriedly offiice staff, appointment availability
