Ok, I've been back to this place several times. It's usually because someone wants to try it and he or she doesn't want to take my word for it that it's just alright. Food is mostly fushion style with cooked items that taste good. Omakase is not bad but not worth the money. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind plucking down 3 bills per person if food is worth it. But if I pay $600 for two people, I should be getting some kick-ass fish like live amaebi, otoro, caviar (not the California sturgeon), etc. Here, you get some average fish and cooked items. Definitely you're just paying for the name, similar to Nobu at Malibu. You want really the good stuff, stick to little tokyo restaurants like SushiGo55 (live items), Komasa (good and cheap), Hamakawa (excellent chu-toro although I prefer otoro), and newly opened Tekumi (tasty kumamoto oysters) Pros: Famous Cons: Average Fish, Good cooked dish, not worth the price
