This company seemed to be a great place to settle into a career, I was wrong. I have been harassed non stop about diffrent subjects for more than 3 years. The managment just didn't mesh with me personaly and saw it necessary to get me out of there somehow. In the last 2 months I was there, there were 6 suposed complaints about me. All of these were lies and I told them so. It did not make a diffrence what I said they still assumed the info was true. They never asked other employees that were there at that moment what really happened. I asked for information to prove that there was a problem and they could give me none. One of these complaints came to my attention 3 months after it was brought to them. So they sat on negative information for 3 months before doing anything about it........this information was also a lie, they didn't care. So how serious could it really be. (Or they just made that up to make me look bad also)!! They seem to be making sure that it came from ""someone"" I could not defend myself against, outside parties who do not work for us and who do not know the innerworkings of what we do there on a daily basis, or why. I believe they have ""pushed"" people out before and they seem to be covering their tracks good enough to know exactly what they are doing. My lawyer even said it sounds like they know exactly what they are doing here! If.........they are not making all of this info up just to get me to leave (or so they can fire me), then they are petty enough to actually believe some outragous stories without confirmation, about someone who does care about this line of work .I have been in this field of work my entire life due to family matters. Trust me when I say This line of work is close to my heart . I have seen mistreatment in this field and I will NOT tollerate it, much less do these things myself. They know this, they just don't like me and don't want me working with them anymore. Pros: some employees really care about there work. Cons: some are just there for a paycheck, have no cares other than that.
