My husband bought his first computer here, and after 5 years it died. He swore they made the best computers so he spent way too much money on a 2nd computer here. Needless to say I was shocked when it came home and it didn't have modern comforts such as a SD drive. Yet he was told that everything about the computer was top of the line. We started having problems almost immediately with the computer. It kept overheating. We brought the computer in and spent 80.00 to have it looked at. The technicians swore there was nothing wrong with the computer. A year later, the hard drive got destroyed. We spent another 300.00 to get a new hardrive for the computer. 5 months after that the same thing happened. I have not be impressed by the product, the service , or the knowledge of this place. I would not recommend this store to anyone! Save your money and buy a much nicer comptuer (with some sort of support behind it) elseswhere!
