Review content:
I had my car impounded by a pro, when i went there to get it back i thought i was going to bullied by the them. Instead after filling out the paper work and talking with them, they explained why my car was towed and why the tow fees are. I knew I did park in the wrong spot but I did not feel like a victom after the whole thing. In fact I shook the hand of the tow driver when I was leaving.
