Review content:
Brought in my car after it started stalling out in traffic. I asked them if the car was worth saving and they said after they fixed it that the car would run fine. They diagnosed my car as needing a new collaborator cap and charged me almost $600 for the repair.
Car died in heavy traffic a week later. Br aught it back in - gave me a completely different diagnoses without even mentioning their first one and said my car needed a part that was no longer available.
Tried to make it up to me in a halfassed way by fixing my brake light. Too little too late.
car died on I5 a week later and I had to pay to have it hauled away.
If they had offered to give me even a portion of my money back (or at least admitted they screwed up) I wouldn't bother leaving this review.
I came to them with hardly any savings in my bank account and due to their incompetence am going to have to save for an additional month before I can buy another car.
