If I could give it no stars - I would. The food was bland and unimpressive and the service was even worse. First - our hostess asked us if we knew what time the restaurant closed, because she didn't. We went on a fairly quiet evening, but everything was SOOOO slow! We waited nearly 30 minutes after ordering for our food to finally come. The ""burritos"" we ordered looked like your run-of-the-mill chicken enchiladas, just chicken rolled up in a tortilla with some sauce on it. Our server rarely checked on us, and only half of us had our drinks refilled....that included our waters. If I wanted to have a bunch of empty glasses on a table, I would have stayed home and pulled all of my glasses out of the cupboard and set them on the table.
Our plates were slowly taken off the table, but we had to wait for our check for nearly 30 minutes. Then, after it only took us 3 minutes to get our cards sorted out, we waited for 15 minutes for someone to come pick them up. My husband finally got tired of waiting and took the checks up and told the manager how disappointed we were. They offered us 20% off, but when the server brought our checks back, she angrily told us that it wasn't her fault - half the kitchen staff was at a cooking convention, so that was why the food took so long. Then, she said something I could not believe - she recognized one of my husband's co-workers - ""I know where you all work"" like she was going to come make trouble for them.
We weren't upset about the food taking as long as it did - we were disappointed with the lousy service - and then to get threatened at the end of our meal?!
We will NEVER go back!
