Review content:
Amazing customer service when shopping for $2000 worth of furniture AWFUL customer service the minute I had a problem with my purchases. The owner, Chad, sold me on these cream couches because of this miracle stain guard that comes with a 10 year warranty and costs an additional $50 per cushion. Two weeks, endless stains, and hours of constant cleaning later I return to the store to see what they can do and received the worst customer service of my life. After spending $2k at his store Chad just stares at me after I explain my situation and says ""That's tough isn't it?"". Then he proceeds to tell me how hard it will be for him to resell the couches and how this is lose/lose for both of us. Not really Chad you still made $2k. After a 10 minute discussion with zero apologies or sympathy he offers $1k store credit, best offer. He didn't seem to be bothered, appalled,or have any appropriate reaction at all to the fact that the stain-guard we payed $300 for 2 weeks prior was not working at all. We ended up just walking out of the store. I will never shop at Bry's again and I will tell all of my friends, acquaintances, anyone with money to stay away. I thought small businesses were based on customer service and word of mouth, but I guess not.
