I WOULD NOT GO THIS ROUTE IF POSSIBLE. MY MIDWIVES' ( ALL ON STAFF ) ARE SWICTHED THOUGH AT EVERY VISIT... NEVER GETTING THE SAME DR, THEN TOWARDS THE END OF MY PREGNANCY I STARTED TO SEE REBECCA REGULARLY.... SUPPOSED TO BE VERY EXPERIENCED...
REBECCA DID NOT LISTEN TO ANY OF MY CONCERNS WHEN I BROUGHT THEM UP TO HER... HER RESPONSE WAS "" THIS IS NORMAL"" ... HOWEVER THINGS WERE NOT NORMAL..
1. AT 32 WEEKS MY BABY WAS MEASURING EXTREMELY SMALL, ULTRASOUND WAS ORDERED, REVIEWED AND DEEMED NO ISSUES AND BABY WAS HEALTHY...
2. I WAS SICK THE ENTIRE PREGNANCY, THROWING UP, POPPPING BLOOD VERSSELS, NOT ANY CONCERN OF THEIRS.
3. 8 WEEKS LATER AT MY LAST DR. APPT AT 4PM THE AFTERNOON OF THE 2ND. WHILE I WAS 40 WEEKS AT THIS POINT MY DR REFUSED TO INDUCE ME OR SEND ME TO THE HOSPITAL FOR MONITPORING AND MY INFANT DAUGHTER DIED THE NEXT MORNING AS I WENT INTO LABOR.
4.THE DR REFUSED TO DO C SECTION, FORCED ME TO LABOR THROUGH 6 HOURS OF HARD LABOR WITH KNOWING MY DAUGHTER HAD DIED. ... OH YEAH AND I ALMOST FORGOT.. WHEN I FIRST WAS STRAPPED TO THE TABLE FOR MONITORING ALL THE SENIOR NURSE COULS SAY SO HARSHLY AND COLD WAS "" YOU BABY HAS DIED' THEN SHE CASUALLY WALKED OUT AS IF IT WAS NOTHING BUT A BROKEN LEG...
I WOULD DEFINATELY NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN!
