I called before going to the hotel and asked if they have wi-fi, of course they do everybody does, we'll they don't have wi-fi in any of the rooms only in the lobby, that is a deal breaker, i tell him i can't stay because I'm not satisfied with the room, go give him my credit card for the return of my money, i paid like 60 dollars for the room he credit's me back like 56 dollars, where is the 4 dollars, i ask him and find out that he is charging me his business expense for him being able to do business with credit cards, of course i wasn't told or informed that their was any hidden fee's and he wouldn't give me my money back. i asked him to speak with the manager, he wouldn't give me any kind of name only handed me a card and told me to call and talk to the other person, i ask who is the other person what is his name, he won't tell me, i ask him why he is acting ignorant and i demand to speak to the manager, or owner. the card he gives me is the phone number to the front desk, i called it and talked to the same guy i am having problems with. he would not give me my money back, i told him he is a thief, which they are, he asks me if i want to call 911, what is 911 going to do i say, he knows my profession is a professional truck driver, and tells me that all i know is truck driving and to get out of the lobby. this kind of business practice is the worst i have ever encountered and i am leaving this comment to save somebody the trouble i went through, if you have any problems with this hotel they will not be solved and you will be taken advantage of.
