Businiess name:  Kim's Teriyaki

Review content:
Out of all the teriyaki places I have been to, this is hands-down the best one. First off, the owner is just about the friendliest lady you will ever meet. She actually knows me by name because I come in relatively frequently. She always says hi when I come in, and bye when I leave. By now she knows my order: Spicy Chicken teriyaki with all rice. The main thing about their spicy dishes is that you can specify how spicy on a scale of 1 to 5 stars (which I have yet to see in another place). I usually get either 3 or 4, which is perfect for me. Also, free soup (2 kinds). Can't go wrong with that! This is my typical go-to spot for either before or after a workout at Vision Quest Sport and Fitness just down the strip (literally a 1-minute walk). I suppose the only drawback is that it is closed on Sundays, but that is typical of teriyaki places.
