I gave Cindy my business taxes on February 7th of this year. I own a very small business and in the past I have my taxes back within a couple off weeks and I am only billed for about 6-7 hours of work?simple right?? Cindy told me that she would have my taxes done by the end of February. February and March came and went and I called her for an update on March 31st; she told me she was just a little behind and would have them done by the following week. I called her again the next week when I hadn?t heard back and wasn?t able to get a hold of her and my phone calls went un-returned. On April 15th (TAX DEADLINE) I was finally able to get in touch with her and was told that my taxes were not finished and that she had to file an extension. I was very, very nice and told her that was fine but wanted to definite date that they would be complete. She told me she would have them done by the following Friday at the very latest. That was last Friday and she finally returned my phone call today after three messages and I was told that she doesn?t have them done and hopes to START them next week!!!! I am picking them up tomorrow to have someone else do them. NEVER USE CINDY. Horrible customer service and completely unreliable.
