They will charge you for information, take 3-10 days to deliver it, and then collect from the HOA for management services? Double charging, yes. 3-10 days, hello, I cant wait that long, so I have to get the service from other sources. You can expedite service for an extra $25 buck, and you will get the info in 8-16 HOURS. Hello, 8-16 hours. Government does better than that, and I still cant wait 8-16 hours for data needed today.
