Texas dining the way it used to be. Walk through the door, and even on crowded nights you are seated right away....and with a salad as you are seated, eating right away. The atmosphere is corny fun, with menu prices painted on the walls along with the cattle brands of dozens of South Texas ranches. The steaks are prepared well, and are a great value. The service is prompt and courteous ( and those cowgirl waitress outfits are a hoot!). Not the place if you are looking for a culinary experience for your gourmand friends, but what a fun place to casually dine! ....especially great to take your friends visiting from out-of-state.
Pros: Great atmosphere, Casual fun, Outstanding steaks
