Pet owners beware!!! We have been going to Dr. Wilson at the Sugar Mill Animal Clinic in Sugar Land for four years and, outside of feeling rushed during our visits we have not had too many complaints. The level of professionalism and care have deteriorated to a point where we are pulling our business. There has been a recent addition to the office staff who is rude, condescending, has poor listening skills, and flat out lies to the doctor (or presents misinformation because she doesn't listen). We have recently been asked to even lie that we were told of side effects for medication for our cat and the doctor was not even there to give us the effects!!! Dr. Wilson does not communicate outside scheduled appointments and does not call customers even when the customer is told she will call. Unless you like bringing your pets in for multiple, expensive office visits for the same issues you can do better in the veterinary profession. If you care about the health and safety of your pets please consider another vet. We have had poor overall diagnosis and our pets' charts do not reflect what is actually discussed in the visits. We are average rational people but the discourteous behavior of Dr. Wilson and her staff have appalled us and we are looking elsewhere
