I ordered a bridesmaid dress. Unable to pick it up as I live out of town (San Antonio). Called to have it shipped. Steve said it would be shipped that day (March 30th) and be to my house by the end of the week. Called again that next Monday (April 4th) to say it hadn't made it. He said he would give me the tracking number if it hadn't made it by that Wednesday (April 6th). Called again on Friday April 8th. He said ""Oh! Here it is right here! I haven't shipped it yet!). Good grief. His excuse for not shipping it was that he hadn't run my card (even though i gave him my credit card number that very first time i called him). THEN........HE STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE SHIPPING. NOT good customer service and NOT good for repeat business. And I'm NOT impressed.
