I went to this shop to find my dream wedding gown with the hope of having the most special shopping trip of my life...... it ended up being a total nightmare because of the absolutely awful owner!! When I was at the store, I was assured by the owner that any of my bridesmaids could be measured at any dress shop, call in their measurements and their dresses would be ordered in their corresponding sizes (because they all lived out of town). Not ONE was right--- they even ordered a dress for my 7 year old jr. bridesmaid complete with wire cups for boobs and the owner REFUSED to either fix it or refund our money. When a few of the other bridesmaids called to speak with the owner about their dresses not fitting, he completely offended all of them by being condescending and unaccomodating--he made it clear that the dresses were NOT his problem. All of my girls had to pay to get their dresses fixed out of their own pockets because the owner absolutely refused to foot the bill for all the alterations. The experience at this store was a complete and utter disaster and was the ONLY stress from my wedding..... I would tell any bride to be to steer clear from this establishment.---they do not have their act together there!!!
Pros: sales girls are very sweet
Cons: the owner is AWFUL!!
