Review content:
My son was taken to JPS for a head injury at 6:30 on a Saturday night. As of noon on Sunday I had been told absolutely nothing. I ran into doctors with the God complex. I had to cause a scene to get any information. When he was transferred to a regular room all of his possessions did not go with him. Figure that one out for yourself. His room is filthy, nasty, trashed out and I have taken pictures to prove the disgusting environment. I can not get a response from the customer complaints department. I am taking this to the media for all to see how our tax dollars are NOT being used. I have told them I am checking him out with or without their approval and if needed moving him to a real hospital. Something needs to be done to fix this sorry excuse of a hospital.
Pros: not one
Cons: everything you can thing of plus some
