WELL UNLIKE OTHER TIRE PLACES I HAVE BEEN TO MY HUSBAND, SON AND I ALL WENT TO BIG O FOR A CHECK ON MY TIRES FOR OUR TRUCK AND THIS WAS THE DAY BEFORE THERE BUY 2 GET 2 FREE DEAL THAT WAS GOING TO START AND I WAS SO FRUSTRATED THAT WE ONLY HAD THE TRUCK FOR ONLY 7 MONTHS AND WE ALREADY HAD TO PUT ON NEW TIRES CAUSE THE ONES WE HAD WERE A P.O.S FROM KEN GARFF BUT DAN WAS ABLE TO TALK TO US AND CALM ME DOWN AND HE WAS SO GENEROUS TO GIVE US THE DEAL A DAY EARLY AND WAS ABLE TO SAVE ME $356.30 FOR MY TIRES JUST CAUSE HE UNDERSTANDS HOW LIFE COMES AT YOU FAST SOME TIMES AND TO LET EVERYBODY KNOW I WILL BE DARN SURE TO GO IN THERE AGAIN SOON AND BEFORE I LEFT HE MADE SURE MY SON WAS HAPPY AND GAVE HIM A BALLON CAUSE THOSE ARE HIS FAVORITES SO HOPE TO HEAR THE SAME HAPPENED TO YOU.
