Businiess name:  Ichiban

Review content:
I love sushi, I have been all over the world and look forward to eating sushi when I travel. Granted I have had better Sushi elsewhere such as Boston, Los Angles, Japan, Australia, etc. But when in Utah I head to Ichiban. (Takashi is another good choice but smaller) It started in Park City and was bought out and then owner Peggi Whiting moved down to Salt Lake and was recently bought out again, she had to be doing something right. The liquor menu is vast with many options for anyone who likes to drink, myself included. The rolls are what they are, crafted for your tastes. GO GO GO! Pros: Good food good times Cons: Pricey but worth it
