Businiess name:  Ichiban

Review content:
Ichiban is the David Copperfield of sushi bars. With lots of flash and distraction, those who can't see the ""man behind the curtain"" are fooled into thinking they are actually eating quality sushi. If you don't know sushi or particularly care this place was built for you. I couldn't agree more with the previous review (obviously written by someone who knows ""real"" sushi). Much of the fish is undoubtably frozen and low grade. The preparation is assembly line. The sevice pathetic (given that wait help and even many ""chefs"" can't answer the simplest questions about the menu or fish types - God forbid someone actually learn a few words of Japanese!). And to add insult to injury the prices are higher than both my other favorite sushi spots (Tsunami, Shogun). Pros: Beautiful building Cons: Food, Food, Food
