Businiess name:  Ichiban

Review content:
Well, I read all the negative reviews about Ichiban and have to say I was somewhat surprised. Value-wise, it seems cheap to me, especially after living in Boston and paying twice as much for half the sushi. I'd say that, for the most part, the bad ratings are coming from 'sushi snobs.' I think that most people will have a great time at Ichiban and thoroughly enjoy their meal. Tempura fried rolls are excellent, whether or not they are ""authentic"" sushi. This is the place I take people who have never had sushi before and are somewhat less than excited about eating raw fish... so they can have some cooked rolls first and then work up the appetite to try something raw. Mmm... Pros: Location
