Review content:
Rude! Rude! Rude! My mother and fiance went to Citti's in Santa Clara on Scott for a consultation for our wedding day. The service was unhelpful. Pushing their own ideas instead of listening to what we wanted. Citti's was recommended by our venue, and a discount was promised. When calling to make the appointment, my mother was told by a Citti's employee that they would give us the discount. After the consultation, when price came up, Citti's refused to offer the discount! The consultant actually said that weddings are not profitable enough because of all the consulting and customer service, and compared it to a funeral where he makes 'twice as much.'
Cons: terrible customer service
