Horrible customer service. I had to use this hair salon for an event. I asked for anything that was not an "updo" because I knew it would cost an arm and a leg. That were my only requirements. What do I get charged? Special Occation Updo. If I wanted an updo, if I wanted to pay for an updo, if I knew I would be paying for an updo, I would have picked something much nicer than what I had and how it turned out. Now they quoted prices over the phone and I was charged much higher because they used the words "special occation." Now you tell me, who on a normal day says let me go to the salon because I feel like an updo!? Updo's are only special occations! My friend also had her hair done and her hair can't even go up because it is so short!!! She had tiny curls and was also charged the same. We were so furious that we paid and walked away. THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU THEY JUST WANT MONEY!
