I would have given it ZERO stars if possible...I have a list a mile long....but DO NOT EVER buy a vacume from this place or from anyone who works there--- especially if someone comes to your door named Omar. He forged our contract and backdated it...the owner does NOTHING about it and claims that he hasn't seen him. He refused to cancel our contract and agreed to lower our payment. A month later- we're attacked by the credit agency because they attempted to take the wrong amount at the wrong time and there were insufficent funds because Jon didn't do what he said he would. Jon is the so called owner- for lack of a better word-- he has no idea how to follow through with any of his promises, his employees deliberately LIE to the customers (but that's okay with him), and he just disgusts me. Please, do not purchase a machine from this place-- you will be SO SORRY!!!! If you've been betrayed as well, report him!
