I tried Bonsai for the first time about a year ago and fell in love with the atmosphere, food and chef's. I was told about their location in holiday and again I was pleasantly surprised. If you like great sushi, the holiday location has what you need. My kids love the shrimp tempura rolls and I love the sashimi. I took my kids for their birthdays and we had a great experience. Our Chef was Dani, he was great with the kids and prepared our food perfect. The service was not the best but the food made up for it. The sushi bar is small but the Chef gets the job done right.
