Review content:
We moved in here just after getting married and didn't really care where we lived (like most newlyweds) but soon learned that it was a terrible place. The parking is ridiculous and I have a friend that has gotten his car broken into twice and management won't increase security. Speaking of management, it's terrible. The manager has put many people into tears and is very inconsiderate. The demand for apartments is great in Provo so they know that more people will rent from them so they don't care how they treat current residents. My wife and I are currently taking legal action against them for withholding a chunk of our security deposit. This is honestly a dishonest, unethical establishment and I know dozens of other people who feel the same way. Do NOT move into this place. It looks good on the outside and is close to the Y but safe yourself some stress, money and sanity and just go somewhere else.
Pros: Can't think of one.
Cons: Too many to list.
