we just moved in here a weel ago, and from the second we got here, we have hated it. We were told that the carpets would be cleaned before we moved in, they werent. in fact nothing was clean...it was horrible! There was urine all over the toilet, body hairs all over the bathroom, the bath tub was black with grunge, there is mold in the cracks in the shower, the fans were broken, carpet stained, you name it...it was dirty. nothing was done to make this place nice for us. the laundry mat here is a JOKE...half the washers are out of order, and the ones that do work, wont finish washing ur clothes, u leave them to wash and when you come back to put them in the dryer....the are soaking wet and the wash cycle is over. so ur left with soaked clothes. and the dryers wont dry ur clothes on the first try either. the apartments have a huge problem with moisture. they have a fan in the kitchen that they tell u to leave on for a min of 15 mins per day to help with the moisture...it doesnt do a darn thing. the windows always have water on them and the ac unit in the wall is wet sometimes. they tell u that u can get a ""luxury"" apartment for 40 bucks more, told us it comes with crown molding, two toned walls.....ya it has crown molding...but only in the living room...and there is no two toned paint on the walla...unless u count the dirt on them....save ur self the stress and dissapointment. these places are not worth the price for rent. horrible place.....
