Chad Fisher, the service manager is a great guy. However, their service department is ran with very little oversight and lacks technicians who take pride in their work. I took my Predator in to be serviced twice this summer. First I had just bought by ATV and was headed to the sand dunes in a few days so I took it Triple-S Polaris and asked them to remove the air box, put a clamp on K&N and clean and rebuild the carburetor. I also told them while they were in the Carburetor to put larger jets to compensate for the increased airflow. Well When I got to the sand dunes it was running poorly, it only a matter of 15 minutes later when the engine light came on and the engine over heated. I took it back to camp and tore off the carburetor (I figured they had leaned it out too much with the new jet) This is when I found out they had put a 42.5 jet in the place of the main jet. Now stock is 155 and with a pipe and intake it should be about 170 to 175. As I looked closer I found they had put the 175 in the pilot jet place. These incompetent technicians had placed the jets in the wrong screw holes and nearly burned up my motor. I took it back to Triple-S and they verify they had messed up. This is when Chad Fisher said ""Sorry"" Then I demanded that my money be returned for the faulty service and all they offered was wholesale pricing on Polaris merchandise. Then two months later I put a new front sprocket on the machine and had them take a link out of my chain. I delivered them the machine and they said they would have it done in an hour. Then finally two days later I get the machine back and they billed me $51.00 to remove the link. (I had this done on my Honda 300 at the same time and it cost me $22.00 at Newgate motor sports) Not to mention triple-s told me it would be $35.00 over the phone when I called to take it it. Basically...Good parts department, very knowledgeable and the sales staff are good. But the service department and their technicians are complete idiots.
Pros: Good Parts Deparment
Cons: Poor Serivce Department
