Review content:
I met Scott at my home and got a painting bid. He scheduled to come by a few days later. We bought paint and cleared the room where the work was to done. He couldn't find my house and called for directions. He was clear on the other side of town. Apparently this guy does not know the Denver Metro area streets. On his estimate he has his address of Wheat Ridge spelled as one word. That should have tipped me off on his intelligence. Finally showed up and spread his filthy drop cloth out scattering dirt and dust all over the room. My wife had bought some primer and some latex paint. Scott told her sorry, the bid was for one coat only and basically picked his stuff up and told her he was not interested in the job anyway. My wife called me and I got Scott on the phone and he told me the same thing and hung up and left. He did not even let me ask about why he had decided to bailout on his bid. I had turned two reputable painters bids down and went with this guy who now leaves me with a room ready to paint and 2 cans of paint. This guy should have been clearer upfront or at least tried to work something out. No negotiating skills at all. Cons: Everything
