Top Shelf Realty have been absolutely fantastic. They have kept in touch with me for every little thing. The deal was not able to close because of some gulf storm, but they made arrangements with the insurance company and seller so that the house would not transfer until I had insurance. So, number one, they made sure I did not lose the sale, and they also made sure the sellers understand the problem I was encountering.
The insurance binder could not be issued because of the storm in gulf and Chris was exceptionally good at communicating with the sellers to make sure they kept their insurance in place until I could get everything in place. Closing was delayed by one day and it took an amazing act of PR to make this happen. And, I am in Canada, so this whole process was done through email and telephone calls. They were exceptional.
