Review content:
I gave them a package of transfer paper for them to simply print my logo on. The paper even came with instructions as to what type of printer to use the paper in. They did not even read the instructions and destroyed my paper! They even had the nerve to give me back my paper which looked very smeared wrinkled, and melted. Shon seemed to care very little about destroying my paper and never even said sorry. A few days before I hired them to print me 2,000 business cards for an up coming event. after they ruined My paper I was very skeptical about how my business cards would come out once they were ready. The day my cards were supposed to be done I never even got a call. I decided to call them and they said they would be done the next day. Not once did they say sorry about that or try to please me at all. The next day I never heard from them again. When I called they told me they would be done tomorrow morning! My business would be attending the Chicago Green Festival which drew 60,000 people and because of their incompetence I would have to attend with no business cards at all. What blew me away the most was their don't care attitude. They told me hey we dropped the ball and sometimes in business that happens. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
