Review content:
I lived in Lake Cove for 3 years. Paid all of my rent on time (which is rather impressive looking at the scum that dwelled around me in the 3 years I lived there), yet I was still treated with disresprect from the office staff. If I had problems with other tenants and noise issues, the community director refused to address them with me. Futhermore, upon moving out, I was treated with such disrespect by the office staff that I felt compelled to call spectrum properties directly to complain. It seems at Lake Cove they are always interested in luring in new tenants, but very DISinterested in keeping the existing tenants pleased. It is a serivce industry and yet, they refuse to keep the service appealing to established customers. While moving out I requested that the community director check out the apartment before turing in my keys. While she was under no obligation to do so, she did. However, she said everything looked perfect and that I should expect my deposit back in less than a month. Much to my dismay, I receive a BILL in less than a month. Somehow, my $5OO deposit had been eaten up by cigarette butts found on a patio (min you that I am a non-smoker) and a few nail holes in the wall, followed by a dirty window cill. Are you serious??????? Parking is impossible. Lugging groceries is no fun in that ghetto. At least half a dozen times I was nearly mugged of my fruit snacks by a band of wild, unparented preteens. If you are simply looking for shelter Lake Cove will do the trick. If you want a home, look elsewhere. Pros: Cheap Price Cons: Cheap Look, Awful management staff, Parking is rediculous
