Looking for a used a car in Orlando on Craig's list and the wwwhospitalityautoinc site kept coming up. Did check out the website and as of this morning there are 6 Acuras, 3 BMWs, 8 Chevrolets, 1 Chrysler, 1 Dodge, 8 Fords, 2 GMCs, 18 Hondas, 4 Hyundais, 3 Lexus, 3 Mazdas, 2 Mercedes-Benz, 1 Mercury, 1 Mitsubushi, 5 Nissans, 1 Oldsmobile, and 24 Toyotas. On the website it lists that the hours of operation are ""Open 24 hrs/7 days a Week By Appointment Only."" Back to one car I was interested in - a 2001 Nissan Altima with 65,100 miles. The price did seem to fluctuate. Craigslist Jan 21 - 4900, on Feb 5 - 4499, Feb 12 - 4500, and on Feb 20 - 4900. The Craigslist listing would read ""Made in Japan 65K Miles."" I called and spoke to a salesman. ""No cars available - all of the cars are going to auction. What are you looking for. The only car available is a Mercury Grand Marquis."" Why are all of these cars being promoted regularly on Craigslist and shown on a website. No inventory scam.
