HORRIBLE!! Don't use them.. Awful experience with the office staff here. Pam Milne can't answer anything about price so transfers everything and you wait on hold forever. Then no one will let you pick up your car without PAM MILNE being there. I was told by the driver I could pick it up 24/7. When I alerted them i had the necessary documents to pick it up tonight, then changed their story and we had to wait an extra day. The driver and Pam were unsympathetic saying the would CHARGE another day of storage even though THEY REFUSED me the right to pick up my car the night before. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY and DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.
