Businiess name:  Morrell Wine Exchange

Review content:
Last night I visited the Morrell Wine Exchange at 62nd and 3rd Avenue. I brought back a bottle of wine which had gone bad. In almost any other wine shop in NYC the owners would gladly take back the bottle and send me home with a new one. At Morrell Wine Exchange the stock boy smirked and suggested that I was making things up, that I was drinking half the bottles of wine only to somehow swindle them. The most amazing thing was that the manager allowed this guy to continue insulting me. Anyway, that experience aside, the place is way overpriced and you can get much more value at other spots around the neighborhood. Pros: good selection of rese wines Cons: customer service, value, quality
