Review content:
I took my 5 yr old who is special needs there when he literally went completely cross eyed over night and I never will take any of my kids there again! This was a potentially serious situation and I was very concerned for my son. Wish the DR was because after hardly even looking at my child, doing a half effort eye exam and literally nothing else his response to me was
""Yep, hes cross eyed in both eyes""
So I said ""Ok, so what do you suggest we do to correct it, Glasses? Patch it? Surgery?"" and I got this response from him
""There is nothing that can be done, this is just how he is, It possibly could fix itself""
REALLY? MY CHILD WHO WAS FINE YESTERDAY IS CROSS EYED TODAY, AND I'M SUPPOSED TO ACCEPT YOU AREN'T EVEN GOING TO TRY ANYTHING??? I told him that's bull and I want a second opinion and he had the Gaul to tell me to ""Go ahead but they will tell me the same thing""
I just did They gave him a thorough eye exam, they dilated his pupils, looked him over some more, and guess what? He's extremely far sighted, and they gave him some glasses to see if that helps correct it, and then they want to see him in a few weeks. I told them about this first Dr, and they were appalled and were completely shocked my child was unnecessarily dismissed the way he was. That's NEGLECT! What he did regarding my child was UNNECESSARY, AND RECKLESS!! Do yourself a favor and do not use that eye Dr, and if you already have go get rechecked by someone else to make sure this isn't happening to you as well.
