This is the worse place to rent from! I lived in an apartment community they managed for one year and I was sooo ready to move out by the third month! It is a nightmare renting from these people. They are no help at all, they really leave you hung out to dry. Also, they are constantly doing something around the apartment that makes it inconvenient, like turning off your water. If you need any help, like maintenance, outside light fixture, oh yeah first day I moved in my AC was not working in the middle of the hot summer and usually this is a number 1 priority for manangement and they send someone out immediately to fix it, but with them I had to wait til the next afternoon to get it fixed! They will do maintenance on their terms, that is if they even do it at all. When my apartment smelled like gas (gas stoves) they pretty much said sorry. A friend told me that if I make sure the pilot is lit then it won't smell like gas, why couldn't they tell me that, not only that why didn't they even take the gas leak serious?! They don't budge on anything, they are extremely rigid and won't do anything for you! They will often refer you back to the lease to show you they can do whatever it is they want to do. The word around here is that once you move out, they will try to get you on whatever, any small thing they will try to point out to avoid giving you back your deposit, and in some circumstances to pay them even more! Everyone around here thinks they are a nightmare and a big headache. So unless you are looking for a stressful year of college courses and having to worry about sitting down mailing certified letters to them to do anything, then I wouldn't even live in any place they are managing!!! People like them don't need to be in this business, honestly they are that horrible for me to sit here and warn the general public about them!!
Pros: They are absolutely no pros, they are so horrible!!!
Cons: Many cons: horrible customer service, they don't care what you have to say and will often refer to the lease to remind you they can do whatever they want.
