Review content:
Upon your move out, Skiles will steal your deposit and add charges even if you were stellar about paying rent on time, were quiet, and left the place in better shape than when you moved in. Even if you leave them with no reason to charge you for cleaning, they will invent reasons. Stay away!
Pros: The apparently cheap rent will possibly entice you.
Cons: You'll lose your money upon move-out.
