Review content:
I am a local, and my parents (who are from out of state) stayed here for a second time this past weekend. They were once again so pleased with their experience that I wanted to write a review just to let people know what a superb hotel this is. The rooms have lots of space (my parents got a studio instead of the larger rooms this time and were still just as happy). The restaurant appears to be a low-key place where a lot of people go to make business deals without the hype of ""being seen."" I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and willing to go the extra mile if you alerted them to a problem. (My parents called down for wash cloths and were brought 10 of them). The only thing I noticed was that valet could be a little slow -- they might need more backup -- and I hate writing that just because they were so nice. However, that area could be improved. I know I will recommend this hotel to all my out-of-town guests in the future.
Pros: Know how to treat their guests.
