DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I rated this 1-star becuase there was a ""NO STAR"" rating! Their Intent is very well planned out to steal your money! READ YOUR CONTRACT before signing it otherwise you are locked in. Contact the other businesses they've refused to allow to come back, all their reasons are almost identical! They LIE to you about ""THE CONTRACT"" and are ""VERY"" nice to you until you pay the remaining balance off. MARIA/manager is at your event and turns into ""La HItler"" with your guests, especially children. She doesnt care what your contract says. They cheat, &they purposely cause your caterers, decorators, bands, DJ's to breach their contracts with you. They do not open the doors for anyone as agreed on the date of your event. At our event, fire exits were locked-no key on hand, guests were abused physically, verbally, children scolded, 1 officer for 450 guests, no ice as agreed, accessible bathroom locked, DJ not allowed to play what we requested, ended event 45 min before ""PAID FOR"" time and then told people to leave and turned off air conditioner 1.5 hours before our event ended, drinks served with a few ice cubes, caterer, band, and decorator were verbally abused! DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! go to Titanic Ballroom, a difference of night and Day!
