Businiess name:  Ambassador Ballroom

Review content:
I came in from Houston for my Niece's wedding. Ceremony was beautiful and everything was great until the reception and dance. The Ambassador Ballroom management does everything possible to extort money. Who knows how many people give in to them because its their wedding day and they don't want problems. The manager (who claims to be the owner) refused to serve any more water because she felt the guests were using too much... so we went out and bought water. She wouldn't serve the drinks at 8PM as agreed, not sure why, but at 8:30 we started serving our own drinks. She refused to give me a spoon so my son could eat because they were ""clean and put away."" When it came time to cut the cake, she refused to give us the plates. Again, someone went out to buy plates for the cake. She handed the groom a bill for $200 for water. He told her he wasn't going to pay that, so she shut off the circuit breakers and stopped the dance. Everybody was told to leave. Lights were turned on only when El Paso PD told her to turn them on. Cons: Rip Off
