The service was terrible! It was a total pain trying to rent a spot for my jet ski. Apparently the only person that can conduct business is the harbormaster and he was rarely available. When I asked if I could set up an appointment to come look at what they had available I was told they do not take appointments and to just ""drop by"" during normal business hours. 3 weeks later and after wasting about an hour and a half waiting on service at the empty marina office (which had a phone number to call posted in the window) on three separate occasions, I got my pad. I basically had to tell them what time I would be there in order to get service, and I still had to wait 20 minutes until the harbormaster showed up. He acted like it was total pain to deal with me. There is also one other catch. I think their launch ramp is closed on the weekends because it is in the middle of the parking lot. Even it was open, you would have to park your trailer all the way at the entrance of the marina near the tennis courts.
The bottom line is that the marina is clean and well maintained, but don?t expect a high level of service from the staff or a convenient way to launch your boat on site. I personally would have gone elsewhere except that this place was very close to where I live.
